1General Service Stream
Our most affordable option, designed for individuals who want a more accessible therapy or prefer a cost-effective approach.
General services include two types:
Regular Therapy- Suitable for mild to moderate challenges
- Comprehensive assessment and therapy sessions
- Provides medium-term to long-term support
- Ideal for mild challenges
- Focused assessment and therapy sessions
- Short-term support (typically 1–10 sessions)
Our Associate Therapists (RSW, RP) deliver these services. They are:
- Fully licensed by provincial regulatory bodies in Canada
- Holders of at least a master’s degree
- Well-versed in psychotherapy through solid training and experience

2Specialized Service Stream
Designed for advanced care, supporting individuals with specific or more severe challenges that require specialized expertise.
We currently provide five types of specialized therapy:

- Suitable for specific moderate to severe challenges
- Advanced assessment and therapy sessions
- Medium-term to long-term support
Our Therapy Specialists (RSW, RP) will be responsible for the services and they are:
- Fully licensed by provincial regulatory bodies in Canada
- Holders of at least a master's degree
- Equipped with at least 5 years of experience in psychotherapy
- Highly trained in specific therapeutic modalities

Common Modalities
Below is a list of common therapeutic approaches our therapists may employ. Depending on your unique needs, they can integrate one or multiple modalities to best support you.

Satir Model | Focuses on improving communication, enhancing self-esteem, and fostering personal growth within families by addressing unhealthy patterns and promoting congruent communication. |
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) | Emphasizes present solutions and explores hope for the future. |
