My career has focused on mental health, addiction, and concurrent disorders, supporting individuals managing both substance use and mental health concerns. I have worked in hospitals, crisis services, community mental health, and group facilitation, including gender-specific support and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. I also provide workshops on cultural safety, Black mental health, and racially based traumatic stress.
