Greeting
I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Chelsey (she/her), and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore the emotions and experiences that brought you here. I work with children, youth, and young adults, using DBT, SFT, MI, CBT, and TF-CBT to support mental health, emotional regulation, and relationships. I take a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and identity-affirming approach, meeting you where you are. For children and youth, I focus on building trust, connection, and playfulness, while also supporting caregivers.
Background
