Message d'accueil
Hello! I’m Nicole Prisciak, and I’m so glad you’re here. I have spent over six years in mental health, supporting individuals in outreach, housing, addictions, family therapy, and long-term counselling. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, coping strategies, and emotion regulation in a trauma-informed, person-first approach. I believe in healing from the inside out, helping you recognize your strengths and navigate life’s challenges. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding, growth, and empowerment. Guided by teachings from elders and community wisdom, I create a culturally safe space where you can truly be yourself.
